Frame Modification

This involves not only cutting or adding to the frame but also modifications to the drive line. Prairie Tech can customize your truck to virtually any length including adding and relocating axles. With those trucks hauling heavy loads, we can sleeve the frame with either “C” or “L” channel.

Other custom work is also available from our professional staff. We have significant experience with fifth wheel modifications including installation of air or fixed, removal, relocating, and even changing the geometry or elevation of the legs affecting the height of the component. We can also add a pintle hook plate or other component at the end of the frame.
